Weekly Activities
Technology 101
Participants develop foundational computer skills through guided instruction and supervised computer lab activities. Topics may include internet navigation, typing, basic software use, online safety, and practical technology skills for everyday life.
Assistive Technologies
Explore a variety of adaptive tools and technologies designed to increase independence and accessibility. Participants learn about communication devices, smart home technologies, adaptive equipment, cognitive supports, and other innovations that can make daily tasks easier and more manageable.
E-Communication
Build confidence using today’s most common communication platforms. Participants practice using email, texting, video calls, and other digital communication tools to strengthen personal connections and engage more independently with family, friends, and community resources.
Effective Communication
