Our Team of Direct Support Professionals are trained to help people utilize the community as a learning environment, and assist in the development of meaningful relationships.
Individuals enjoy independence while receiving supports from Direct Support Professionals as needed throughout the day.
PERSON CENTERED SERVICES
People will discuss their individual goals and desires for Community Integration with their Support Coordinator along with members of Cornerstone’s Programmatic Team.
The goals that are decided upon will be included into the person’s plan for supports.
We encourage all participants to explore their communities and visit places and try activities they haven’t tried before. This is a great way to discover possible new interests and meet new people!
