Invigorate is designed for individuals who enjoy moving their bodies, building strength, and maintaining overall wellness through fun and accessible physical activities. Participants engage in movement-based experiences that support flexibility, balance, coordination, endurance, and healthy lifestyles while encouraging confidence and social connection.
Whether stretching, dancing, exercising, or participating in interactive games, Invigorate helps participants stay active in a positive, supportive, and enjoyable environment.
Weekly Activities
Stretching & Range of Motion
Improve flexibility, mobility, and balance through guided stretching and range-of-motion activities. These exercises help support daily movement, promote comfort, and contribute to overall physical well-being.
Body Weight Exercise
Participants engage in simple, equipment-free exercises that build strength, coordination, and endurance. Activities are adapted to individual abilities and designed to make fitness approachable and enjoyable.
Lightweight Exercise
Develop and maintain muscle strength using lightweight resistance equipment and guided exercise routines. Activities focus on improving physical fitness while promoting proper technique and safety.
Physical Games
Enjoy interactive games that encourage movement, teamwork, and friendly competition. Participants stay active while building social connections and having fun with peers.
Freestyle Dance

Light Cardio
